1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 2026ph Platform. Creating multiple accounts, using the accounts of others, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through multiple accounts. Accounts found to be operated by the same individual may be permanently banned without refund.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. You agree to notify 2026ph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. 3. Financial Terms and Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your 2026ph account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. We accept deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), online banking, and cryptocurrency where applicable. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment provider. All deposit transactions are subject to verification and anti-money laundering checks.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 3.4 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 2026ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Violation of any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of Content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 2026ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform or services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in gameplay
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions (subject to Section 8)

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

8. Technical Malfunctions and Disputes

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, software error, or other technical issue that affects gameplay or account balances, 2026ph reserves the right to void affected bets, withhold payments, and investigate the incident. If a game malfunction occurs during play, the game round will be voided and stakes refunded to the affected player. Players must report suspected technical issues to customer support immediately. Screenshots or video evidence are encouraged but not required.

All disputes regarding gameplay, account balances, bonuses, or withdrawals must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Decisions made by 2026ph regarding disputes are final and binding.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 2026ph Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. 10. Termination

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Prolonged account inactivity (typically 12 months or more)
• Failure to complete identity verification

Upon account termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Any outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. In cases of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to confiscate all funds in the account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2026ph regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
